I got a citizen cc with 0% intro for BALANCE TRANSFERS and I thought it was for purchases put auto pay for minimums for 8 months and realized they charging me interest  is there any way to get them to refund/credit the interest if I pay the whole balance now?

It’s your mistake. You can call, beg, and explain, but you’re at their mercy. My guess is they’ll give you a month of interest (at most) apologize that they can’t do anything about the rest.
