Do not rent list (Enterprise)

I got myself on the Enterprise/Alamo DNR list several years ago after disputing some bogus charges a European location tried to put on my cc.

Is there any reason to worry that the DNR would affect my wife, with the same address and last name? Assuming she can still rent from them, is there any way I can drive the car after she picks it up?

Why would they be allowed to sanction your wife?
