1st of all Razr Maxx will not launch with Android's awesome new 4.0/ICS OS.

Also I try to avoid buying expensive electronics a removable battery.  Same reason I'm against most "ultrabooks"
With a removable battery (comes with a free dual battery/phone charger for $26 on the GNex.) you can always have a charged battery ready to go.  When I travel I'll take 2 spare batteries with me.

Also batteries last for a few hundred charges before losing their charging capacity, do you really want a phone where your phone becomes useless because it won't hold a charge any longer and you can't change the battery?
