No specific company, but 72% dark chocolate is in a league of its own. I prefer it over milk chocolate too

I enjoy 72% & 90% schmerlings.

7th heaven has added definitely variety to good tasting chocolate.

Recently I have had schineders roasted almonds which has a good kick to it.

I find that much of regular parve chocolate has too much sugar to actually enjoy the taste.

This reminds me of the one time I was in EY and went into a supermarket in an area that didn't care much about Hechsherim. I was looking for 72% dark chocolate, and the closest thing I could find with a decent Hashgocho was something from Elite (might have been 70% or possibly even 80%) which was supposedly a high end line. I tried one piece, and it was so sweet that I had to spit it out. Worst chocolate I ever recall tasting.
