How long does it take to get to the takeoff spot? And can they drop you off in a couple different places in Manhattan. I’d rather just take an Uber if the heli takes longer

I have taken it a few times. You can either take it from West 30th street or East 34th street heliport. If going to/from JFK, I would highly recommend W30, it's a bit longer and much more scenic ride.

Just the above 2 places, either W30 or E34. At JFK they don't bring you to the terminal. They bring you to the Private Aviation area and from there it's a ~10 minute drive to the terminals.

The helicopter lands at the private aviation area and they then drive you to your terminal (I got a Maybach ride :) )

only carry-ons and there is a weight limit there is an option for a courier to bring your luggage to the terminal but that cost additional

Weight limit is 25 lbs but I haven’t seen them checking

I've had them mention being overweight and saying they notated my profile for next time etc but never actually wouldn't load my bag
