Exercise Program
« on: February 01, 2012, 11:17:16 PM »
Anyone know of any good work out programs for at home? Focusing mainly on push ups, chin/pull ups and sit ups I guess

Week 3 no running
Week 4 3 miles on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This is all to a pace of a running a mile every 8 min and 30 secs

You didnt mention the 25 different stretches before starting the workout...

I did this workout for about 6 months (a few years ago) I didnt do the running part... But I did the rest. I lasted 6 months  ;) Deff a really hard workout.

I would suggest the 5BX - Here its a 11 min a day exercise.
It starts off very simple, and gets harder and harder... but only takes 11 Min

5bx? What's the idea? I mean the tachles. Losing weight? Mussels?

11 mins a day is a good thing, as I have tight schedule.

People work out for all sorts of reasons. Some to lose weight, some to build muscle mass, and some just to get fitter generally. My question was, which category you fall into. Capisce?

Saying that your goal was just to finish the program is a little vague, as I was looking for first-hand information from someone that's done it, what you actually achieved.

sorry i didnt understand earlier but now i do.
i wasnt trying to loose weight at all. (even though i lost about 10 LBS automatically) . and my main goal was to get into shape because i wasnt in the greatest shape, and all i can say that it was extremely hard but worth it it. and its a huge commitment.

Search Amazon for "Slow Burn Fitness" .

Used it for over a year, not only did it make me fitter & stronger, but also gave me may other benefits like healing joints etc.
Worked wonders for me.
