just an FYI - needed a letter for CSR, and got one instantly at eclaimsline.com. Hertz told me I can give it ot them on the return, which I will do. it doesn't mention Israel specifically, but there are no geographic exclusions.

Let us know if they accept, we are used to them wanting to see that it says includes the previously excluded countries of Israel (and ireland, not sure what's with Ireland).

They took it, but didn't process while I was there, we'll see if they reverse the charges
