In the past year, however, Costa USA is apparently operating in large part from the company’s Brazil office, not a place especially known for kosher travel. I don't see anything in the article about what the agreement with the cruise line was. You would think there would be some sort of contract or written agreement. There should at least be some email communication that would state the expectations and accommodations.
