5 Day trip - AZ, UT

Writing up in short in case it helps anybody.

Landed Sunday morning in LAS, rented car, headed out to Hoover dam. Suggest going on the bridge better than walking on the actual dam, nicer views.
Then drove to Flagstaff.
Stopped in Kingman Walmart on the way for food items that can be gotten there. Many Walmarts have a small kosher section. You can figure out by selecting pickup in that location, and searching for gefen or kedem. This place has gefen soups.
Flagstaff Hyatt.
Nice operation there by Chabad. Packed, almost the Catskills :).
Monday -
Grand canyon. Did the south kaibob trail till the ooh ah point and back up. Never did any other trail. Should of spent more time looking from different overlooks or more trails.
Left in a hurry to make Sedona sunset. We took the shorter route back to Flagstaff from Grand canyon in miles, but slightly longer in time, and was well worth it for the views.
Generally, a big part of the trip is just the views from all the drives.
Flagstaff Hyatt.
Tuesday - Horseshoe bend. A well worth it stop.
Bryce canyon, should not be skipped, even if it's out of way.
Bryce Zion inn for the night.
Wednesday, Zion. Rented bikes. Took them up the scenic drive with the bus, then biked down. At bus stop 3, you should take the paarus trail back to the visitor center.
Wed night Hyatt s. George.
Chabad has daily minyan there also during these weeks.
Thursday - around s george and Las Vegas, then back to airport.
We barbequed every night. Pretty easy to find nice public parks that accommodate grilling. We did in Flagstaff, Sedona, Bryce village, and Toquerville. We froze meat and brought in a cooler, then kept cold with ice. Portable grill or burner can be bought in Walmart (tevila alert), though their disposable grills didn't work.
All in all came out to about $600 per person including airfare. We were four ka"h.
Anyone have any Q's can DM.
