Sorry to rain on the parade, but there are ways of getting this for free (not that I suggest/condone/practice it).

There is the risk/reward aspect...

A bit harder and riskier to get a Ferrari 458 Italia than it is to get a PDF version of Ebay Stealth.

I did a simple search and have already found a free copy...

Either way - from my eBay experience - I say its not worth having a second ebay stealth account if you are trying to run a ebay business. As if you mistaken cross reference any of the info on both accounts, you could get suspended, lose your selling ability, lose your selling status - e.g. power seller, top rated seller....

I have learnt the hard way...

When these morons ban you because of perceived risk you have no other option.

and morons they are...

I've had 800 100% positive feedback removed, because they thought I violated something, which I proved to them that I didn't.

did not help.....

Do you mind giving some examples?  I've recently starting selling stuff on ebay but I'm a complete n00b.
I just had a few days ago that I shipped an item internationally and the buyer had to pay Vat/custom tax.
He was all upset at me an wanted me to refund him. After exchanging a few messages - he threatened me that if I dont refund him he will leave me negative feedback. Basically a few minutes later he left me a negative feedback.
What he did was against ebay policy - feedback extortion. I called ebay and a few min later the feedback was removed!

A different time I sold a used item. A few days after the buyer received it he messaged me that the item isnt working. I asked him if it was working when he received it, and he said yes. I told him open a case and have ebay decide if I need to accept a return in this case.
According to the policy of the ebay seller protection - as long as the buyer receives the item working, the seller is not responsible what happens later on... I won the case

I could go on, and on ...  ;)

If you plan on having a ebay business - read the ebay bible - all their policys. Get to know them...
