North American phone plans with Israel roaming?

Hello,

I will be going to Eretz Yisrael some time this year for yeshiva, so I am looking for US/Canadian phone plans with calling, texting, and enough data for picture text that have unlimited roaming in Israel, either through the plan or through a pass. It can be a plan that needs a few lines, I can get friends on it. I am looking for something that would be around $25US a month per line.

Look into getting an Israeli plan with a US virtual number
Look up cellular Israel or talk and save to start getting an idea of options
