So I bought a computer almost 2 years ago on PRG. It's running slowly and gets buggy and annoying. It does work but not to full capacity and is often temperamental and difficult.
What's the deal in regards to AMEX warranty. It was a $900 purchase so I have to assume they'll ask for it back if I file a claim. Does than mean it has to be really broken for them to accept it or will they also accept something that I say just isn't performing optimally. Anybody ever try something like this before?
