I'm about to buy a computer. I'd like to use my Plat. If I downgrade my plat will I still be covered for warranty?

I am purchasing a $3500 leather sectional. Any suggestions as to which card provides the best protection? Anything better than one year? I have SPG, AMEX Blue Business, Ink, Sapphire, Freedom, Discover, among others. Thanks!

After reading through all of the literature, it seems like the one year extended warranty is the longest any provide. I ended up going with the Ink.

You should be. As long as the card is still opened. No guarantees though.

Interesting. Is it possible to download the Plat to a card you already have? I don't want to miss out on a signup bonus by downgrading to a no annual fee card I haven't had before and I still have the only Amex no annual fee card I've ever opened (Everyday).

Some Citi CCs will extend up to 2 years

I mistakenly submitted a claim while still covered by the manufacturer. Can I try again after the manufacturer's warranty runs out (if it fails again after the manufacturer's finishes)?

I started a claim and when they asked me for CC statements I realized that I started the claim on the wrong card. Does anyone know what's the best/fastest way to proceed? Send in the correct statement? Start a new claim on the right card?

Send in the correct statement and write a note on there that you made it on the wrong card. You can also try getting in touch with the adjuster to explain to them. IME they can just switch it over to the right card.
