I wan't to file an extended warranty claim on a product I purchased from Tigerdirect.com
On the invoice it says paid with Amex, but I can't find the charge in my statements or online.
Can it be that I was never charged??
The likelihood of not being charged is extremely small.
Are you sure you're checking the right AMEX card?
