While we’re at it, the email confirmation also doesn’t say what day the entry is for. Especially pertinent Motzei Shabbos where you might enter once for both Friday’s giveaway and Shabbos’.

I have always appreciated how honest DD was with its advertising.

I am very disappointed that today DD is advertising an "All you can eat wine and steak" yet limiting it to $1500. $1500 worth is FAR from all I can eat. such a letdown.

So here was my logic.

I never said the time period.

So let's assume one meal.

Most expensive cut of meat is $84/lb so that means eating 5.9lbs of meat.

Then I went to look at the most expensive bottle of wine and found one for $529.99 and the next for $399.99, so you can at least get 2+ bottles of wine.

So.

Let's assume you ate 5.9 POUNDS of steak and you drank 2 bottles of $500 wine... I felt it safe to assume you would no longer be able to pick up a phone and call me to complain.

So with that in mind, I felt comfortable saying all you can eat and drink

Oh, should I try again with my gmail account instead of my zohomail account? (Re: Day 4 - entered yesterday but still didn't get confirmation)

ETA: I entered as "Testing NotRealEntry" with my gmail account and got a confirmation email in ten seconds (autoforwarded to my zohomail account, naturally). You should comment that entries work best with a gmail (etc) account.
