That looks to be a women's mikvah, those are always nicely built. (This particular one looks to be a little outdated)

Parenthetically, Torah Vodaath is not litvish. They are a blend. They always had chasidish and litvish Rabbanim in charge. They daven nusach sefard. They also have these (annoying) 2 person shtendeers in the BM which is a mix between shtenders (litvish) and tables (chasidish)
