They flatly refused saying it’s a one time promotion. What I don’t get is that this is presumably to drive traffic. It worked in my case, even though the location is not convenient for me. It was an opportunity to show a potential new customer why it’s worth the schlep. In this case they accomplished the opposite.

Happy to report, I was there last night, I mentioned what had happened with the reservation to the waitress. She says sure I will make an exception and honor it for you! Was very happy with the outcome. Also food was next level, and those doughnuts are not overrated.
