Off topic from OP's post, but just remembered this:
I was once in Lakewood and ordered a Lyft. Driver showed up and spoke almost no english. It was clearly his first day on the job- I got in the car, and he asked me where I wanted to go. He thought driving Lyft was like being a taxi driver. I tried explaining that he needed to click in the app that he had picked me up, and that then the app would show him where to go, but I couldn't get through the language barrier. I even offered to show him on his phone, but he didn't want me to do that.
Anyway, ultimately I gave up and showed him where I wanted to go. As we drove, my side of the app showed him getting farther and farther from the pickup location. He never did click that he picked me up.
I messaged Lyft because I felt like maybe it was wrong that he wouldn't get paid anything for the ride. Naturally, CS apologized and told me not to worry about him getting paid.
I didn't have an opportunity to rate the guy cuz according to the app he never picked me up, but I thought he deserved 5 stars for the free ride.
