Following the violent incidents in Amsterdam
Rescue flights
EL AL will operate rescue flights from the destination to Tel Aviv on short notice. The flights will be free of charge. The first flight will take off from Amsterdam at 2:00 PM (local time) and is expected to land back in Tel Aviv today.
Additional Flight: Flight LY330 from Amsterdam to Tel Aviv will depart today (Friday) at 6:40 PM (local time) and is expected to land in Tel Aviv tomorrow (Saturday) at 12:05 AM. The flight will be operated by a Dreamliner aircraft with approximately 270 seats.
Passengers can register for the flight by contacting the dedicated customer service number for customers in Amsterdam: 03-9404040. Please note that the call center is receiving many calls, so we ask for your patience.
Seats in all service classes (Economy, Premium, and Business) will be provided free of charge for all passengers who held a flight ticket with EL AL or another airline.
In addition to the rescue flight, there are two flights on their way to Amsterdam that will also return to Israel today, carrying approximately 350 Israelis. We emphasize that these flights were planned in advance, regardless of the violent events.
The operation of flights during Shabbat is being carried out with the approval of the Chief Rabbis of Israel.
