I'm a prior 360 member so it won't let me redeem this, even though I see the offer in my target app.

For me it only worked by going to my target then clicking on Circle 360 membership.

Did it as well for that same reason, also good to note, that you could cancel the auto renewal in settings without loosing the benefits.

Ty for that info now I was able to delete my reminder to cancel at end of year!
