I don't know where you see that?

Btw, virtually all of Lakewood (or the vast majority of Lakewood neighborhoods) do have an eiruv.

only in areas or neighborhoods. It is not like you can carry from 1 place all the way to the other end of lakewood.

So what you can carry half way across Lakewood?

In many areas you can..
Anyway, if there shouldn't be an eiruv, there shoudnt be a Hodge podge eiruv either.

When I first heard about this I thought it was funny. Then members were sending me links and I thought they were messing with me. Then I realized they were serious. I am still in a state of shock.

The eruv (a rabbinic enactment) only works in places that carrying is only prohibited by rabbinic  enactment. The two laws were made by the same source. The purpose of the rabbinic prohibition to carry is to keep people cognizant of the biblical prohibition to carry in a biblical public thoroughfare. By requiring people to have an eruv to carry there, it would keep awareness up of the prohibition to carry.

(The prohibition wasn't first created, and then the eruv as a workaround. The enactment was a prohibition to carry in places lacking an eruv. The purpose was to distance people from carrying in a place which is biblically prohibited, which an eruv does not help for.)
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

He clearly wrote "אדמו״ר מליובאוויטש נ״ע" so that pretty much settles the question - or just makes him a typical Lubavitcher ;)

Alav is with an ayin. עליו.

Let's say it means כתר  של תורה  or even כתר של מלכות. Does that title leave when someone is niftar?

Never ever heard of this title, or of this acronym used in any other context besides for nishmaso Eden.

So it's probably a meshichist invention/conspiracy.
