Thanks! Brings up the old question of what makes a bike a men's bike ETA just realized these both come in only one size and would be too big for me. I'm 5'4"
It should be fine, you can always shave down the seat post if it's still to high. The thing I like about costco is their awesome return poilcy which is amazing for a bike that will get abused & as you grow in hardtails you will want to upgrade your specs at which point you can return it & get a higher quality bike,I bought this bike https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/us/en/vitus-nucleus-27-vr-mountain-bike-grey-2021/rp-prod195571 for around $800 fantastic specs for the price & its very easy to upgrade when I feel ready e.g. dropper post, tubeless rims...
What are your thoughts on this one? Says size large but also says fits 64" - 74" heighthttps://www.walmart.com/ip/Schwinn-Axum-Mountain-Bike-8-Speeds-Large-19-Inch-Men-s-Style-Frame-29-Inch-Wheels-Black/288838682?athbdg=L1300
Whatever choice you go with Clayton park past Jackson is a lot of fun. If you go to the Catskills Lippmann park a little past Ellenville has a lot of trails for all skill levels.Enjoy riding
Any suggestions for a teenage boy for a good bike like $300? Wants a brand name is that unreasonable for that price?
hartshorne park is about 45 min from Lakewood or less depending on where you live, in my opinion its worth the trip.
