AMEX MR travel promos

Does anyone know how often does AMEX have airline MR promos like the 30% extra for British Airways? Is there any particular schedule for this? Interested in this for the next Jet Blue promo.

There probably is, but not one that is known publicly.

There's no public schedule. Impossible to predict exactly what and when, unless you have insider information. IIRC there's recently been at least one promotion (transfer bonus) running at any given time, though not all promotions are created equal.
