BA is currently running a promo of 36 Avios per dollar spent on your first purchase at Nordstorm through their eStore with promo code NORDX3.

What are the chances that you will be able to keep the points if you order online and return in-store on another card?

pretty sure they will not let you return it on a different card but who knows you can try

Even if you return on a different card they clawback the shopping mall miles.

Jusr thinking that, I looked at Perfumes but they don't seem like you will make %75-85 back

Im guessing they don't let you buy something with a gc and return to a cc?

I would imagine they wouldn't claw back the points that way

I've returned things to other methods of payment at Nordstrom and they still took back the shipping mall points. It's not tracked by card.

but this way you wouldnt be returning the item you got from the giftmall (which I'm guessing is how it's tracked)

but this all based on getting the bonus points for buying the gc and then being able to return purchases bought with the gc to a cc

I've gotten points for purchasing GC's from URM. But that was probably the exception, not the rule.
