Can you maybe try the following in an administrator command prompt:

powercfg.exe -change -monitor-timeout-ac 6
(Both the fact that it is longer than the 1–5 minutes, and also that it's configured via command to try another way.)

Then wait 7–8 minutes without doing anything to see how the computer behaves.
