How can I get kids into a United Club?

I have passes  for the family but they don't allow anyone under the age of 18--

 Is there a different way to get kids in?

Sure they do, they just need to be with someone 21+

They need a pass but a minor has to be accompanied with an adult.

Under 18 is no problem.
In the past, it happened twice that I had passes for most of my kids, but not all.
So, I tried my luck at the lounge and politely explained the situation to the rep. Both times they were obliging, and let us in.
