How does it work to stack if the $80 has to be in one order? When I order a S&S item it doesn't let me put 2 items into one order (unless it's 2 of the same item)

I haven't worked out if there's a way to do different items. I just do multiple of one item to get it.

When you check out there's usually a checkbox to apply the promotional credit or not.

Then it's probably more than the amount of your order, but it should let you select another payment method (a CC) instead.

I switched to a different cc and switched back and it turned into a checkbox, but it seems that the coupon and the promo credit are lumped together and you can only deselect and cancel the coupon also.
