The 2nd consolidates the debt. At what interest rate?

Major pet peeve of mine (I am biased though). Calling yourself a gemach to one group of people and a business to another when you charge the same rates.
Also none of those rates are anything near cheesed

My experience has been, getting a 0% apr card and moving debt over and paying ..

Question is if you can get another card
And can you pay ?

But you cannot beat interest on a cc. Some cards will suspend interest but that comes with closing the card .

You can also negotiate the balance but that will also close card
