*Offer available to active Hertz President’s Circle members only. Each member can grant status to two customers only by 12/31/24 and recipients must be Gold Plus Rewards members to claim status. Granted status will be valid from 1/13/25-12/31/25. After that time, recipients must meet President’s Circle tier qualifications to remain a President’s Circle member. Recipients’ GPR number and email address will be verified for accuracy. If either is invalid, the elevated tier will not be awarded. Please note, this form can only be submitted once. If multiple submissions are made, only the most recent submission will be considered, and all previous entries will be removed.
