Starting to agree with this…. They started promoting the credit heavily after the site went down, and they should have already shipped all the old orders by now…

They allow to use a few CC's at checkout.

I know it's not that worthwhile, but for free i'll take it.

I did. Does not work. Card gets billed to "hotels at home"

I didn't receive me 4th quarter $50 credit from purchasing a GC. Chatted with Amex and they advised that I didn't receive a credit because I purchased a GC and per T&C this is not applicable?

?? Any thoughts? No problem on other card.

It’s excluded in their terms. Working vs officially part of credits, are 2 different things. Lots of times there are glitches in what happens or does not happen automatically, see airline credit thread for recent datapoints. When that happens, and it needs manual adjustment one must remember the official rules.
