For the CO and Delta it takes only a few days once you meet the requirements

Signed up Feb. 8 and transferred in 25k. Recieved 15k miles to delta and aa on feb 10. Transferred rest of money on feb 17. Recieved 35k aa and delta miles on feb 24th.
Have not heard about apple gc

Yup. Already recieved 15k for her. Have to do the rest of the transfer to get additional 35k

Can you register for both promos simultaneously and get the full bonus with 100k deposit, or do you first need to register for AA/CO, deposit 100k, and then for Delta and deposit another 100k?

I saw a tip on FT that if you won't reach the Apple gc threshold in the first month, than you should wait until you've already made a few transfers and then register it. That way, the system apparently counts your prior deposits, and then gives you a month to make more.

Btw if the money in my bank account says pending, can I start the transfer back, or should I wait till it clears?

If it's in your bank account, it's up to them whether you're allowed to transfer it out.
If it's Fidelity, it'll tell you when it's ready to be moved.

I would advise that whoever is doing the deal take a look at the FT thread. I don't check it often, so if there are updates, I may not be aware of them.

any idea if the name on the ff account has to match the name on the fidelity account? would it be a mistake to us a ff with a different name?

Don't the trade fees reduce the value of this promotion? How much are those fees? And what about the risk? Has anyone doing this here calculated the money they put in vs. what they got back after all was done? I have maybe 10k to spare, but I don't want to risk it losing anything since the trades are market related.
