Anyone have experiance how to get rid of a Psoriasis flare up
which vitamins help...

ETA:  The other 2 things I've tried are probiotics (seemed to help somewhat but definitely didn't cure it) and eliminating sugar from my diet (currently in process, will try to remember to report back).

People go for eczema all the time. Apparently one side of Davos Is much better, and you have to be up on the mountain outdoors as much as possible. It gets worse before it gets better.

One more thing I just remember hearing about but never tried - Turmeric capsules with pepper. 

If anyone has a recommendation for a kosher brand of Turmeric supplements or has experience taking them, please advise.  Thanks!
