We’ve identified downstream impact for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. We’re providing full impact details and updates for those services via MO571683. Updates pertaining to Exchange and Outlook on the web will continue to be provided via EX571516.

Not really. I've experienced it across personal accounts and two different work accounts (different tenants).

Search is not working, emails take long to come in and out, etc.

It's impacting OWA more than the desktop app. That may be why some people aren't noticing as much

I like OWA  way more then Desktop. Personal taste. wasn't able to login for a long time yesterday cause of the outage
