Lakewod township meetings are still over Zoom only since covid

At this point the unchecked development is going to stop pretty soon. They're not going to have buyers - I've mentioned elsewhere: there's no family that's 30 yo or under that even considers Lakewood anymore.

While I don't understand how people buying now can afford it, this is simply not true.
