For flights in February its $600 each way or $1200 round trip. March is around $1500 round trip. April over 2k round trip.
The last flight for sale is May 8th.

That is the way their website works for all flights... The date you have selected in the search shows as selected dates other available days show up as well.
They did not make major changes to their website and therefore only when clicking on it will you see that you get free luggage...

My guess is that there's no issur (or else you would see an issur on using Israeli gas stations that are mechalel Shabbos), but it's definitely preferable to do business with an airline that at least acknowledges the importance of Shabbos, when possible.
