For the record, there are three lines in ATH (1. boarding pass 2. customs official 3. security). Having the boarding pass only saves you one of the three.

Their website says they have from ATH only for passengers who booked through their website not using GDS.
That connection seems very risky as pointed out by mevinyavin.

Seems very tight for separate tickets, especially if you factor in a possible ETA check line.
