I found direct RT flights with Arkia for 905 USD with https://www.lastminute.co.il/ for flights in FEB both TLV-JFK & JFK-TLV

It doesn't mention anything about hold luggage, I'm assuming that based on the fact that Arkia includes luggage it is automatically included.

JFK-TLV on 2/20 is only $499.
Also, don’t know if connected, but they’re not blocking the middle seats for this fight.

They are still predicting takeoff on schedule back at 3PM from JFK.

Correct. I’m guessing they’ll be taking a huge hit on this.
I honestly don’t feel bad for Israel’s only proudly mechalel-shabbos airline. Israir at least pretends they’re not.
