I needed a transfer from UR to CO, but it would go through, until an idea came up, and it revealed the following:
If a CO acc holders last name contains several names, remove the spaces in UR for the transfer.
If CO acc has a non-usa address, switch it temporarily to a usa one for the transfer.
I'm not sure if this always true, and whether UA has the same issue.
