1) Can anyone confirm Hot Talpiyot sells SIMs and plans w/o TZ?
2) @Jkhein recently mentioned that Hot only lets you freeze for 3 months, and you only get 1 freeze per year (assuming you downgrade to the 10 shekel plan after signing up for unlimited plan). If that's true, someone should update the wiki. Many people only travel to Israel once or twice a year, or even less, and are expecting that they can freeze their plan indefinitely (ex. I want to freeze for at least 10 months), until their next trip. If I'm misunderstanding, please let me know.

Q 1 wasn't answered. It's been reported on the thread that Tachana Hot Mobile stopped TZ-less signups, but it hasn't yet been confirmed that Talpiyot stopped. On January 1, @MEIR613 said he would go to Talpiyot and update the thread. He never did.
Q 2 - I just want to confirm that the freezing policy for Hot that you mentioned is accurate. If it is, then A) It's misleading to say you can sign up and then freeze when you leave Israel, and B) it totally removes Hot from the discussion for Americans looking for unlimited service in Israel for a few weeks/yr. I was about to ask someone in Israel to go buy it for me but first I spent 45 min reading through the whole thread where I dug up this crucial piece of information!

Currently it's about 70ag (~19 cents) per day for 3GB data, unlimited calling/texting in Israel and unlimited calling to US/Canada.
