That’s talking about something that by design isn’t fit to be used for edible items. A razor blade is the same as a sakin shel shechita.

No, but I can see it as a possible case use in addition to rice crispy treats, which makes R' Heineman's Tzu-Sthell to the Sha"ch very difficult to understand.

R Moshe says anything that most people throw out never needs tevilah, even if you use it many times. I'm not sure the metzius here, I think there is a decent chance most people throw them out because they aren't very expensive.

I though like you until dw actually gave it to me to toivel. I cant see any other use for this at all. It is a paper thin razor that is bent on to a tool to sculpt shapes. Should be same as barzeilim of matzos. NOT like sakin shel shechita.

These are one time use items that will only be used once unlike disposable pans that are used occasionally more than once
