I was under the impression that every TCAS RA was investigated. I think it's a fair guess that if this happened 3 times 24 hours before the crash it has been happening for a while

And the PAT is way over 200'.

The real dei issue is the diversity and minority numbers targets that they aim for and not hire white folks.. except there's a chronic atc shortage that's been discussed for years.

I flew from PHL yesterday on PSA by AA. Members of the flight crew and at check in counters said one of his routes was to PHL, so he was a frequent there, they said he was the nicest man there was, always so friendly and warm. Terrible.

I had him as FA from PHL to TYS. Never in my life did i have such an amazing trip Due to IAN. He is someone you can never forget. He made Every single person on board feel special and most importantly he made everyone just feel happy to be alive. HE was giving out L'chaims until all was dry- for economy class too .  The spirit on the plane was just palpable. He made economy passengers feel like they were flying business, in other ways too. He pretty much didnt stop telling jokes and he just had this way of making everyone feel so comfortable in their own skin. It was a feeling that was tangible you saw it around everyone. Ironically I was in First class and he was our FA and I constantly had to decline his L'chaim offers again and again. I had no Idea he was a Yid   but he is someone that every passenger will remember. when I heard He was on the DC plane -It really hurt. May his Neshama have an Aliya

- The female pilot flying the Black Hawk helicopter that collided with an American Airlines flight, made multiple mistakes and ignored a warning from her co-pilot, according to the New York Times. Not only was the Black Hawk flying too high, but in the final seconds before the crash, its pilot failed to heed a directive from her co-pilot, an Army flight instructor, to change course,” the NYT reports.
The report also puts blame on the air traffic controller for not being clear and urgent enough however Warrant Officer Andrew Eaves, who was co-piloting and the instructor of Captain Rebecca Lobach, told her to turn left. She didn’t.
