I am not going to go there but I agree the Bible or any other book/religion could never make the cut in court.

This needs a new thread but if you believe the bible can be discredited then  why do you believe it's 100% true. To me the logic doesn't flow, it's as if you're saying I believe 100% in something that isn't 100% true.

If it were to be proven wrong hypothetically, why would you continue believing its true?

Sorry "makom hinichu" only means that the Torah can't be proven right, it does NOT mean that it can be proven wrong.

Like what Moko said. It would need to be proven 100% to be evidence in court, and that is contrary to having free will.If it could be proven 100%.

I read the Blatt, and had the same question. I would say either this story is a "dimyon" or it was the NYPD. The Secret Service does not protect rabbis.
