fascinating!

(that would also explain how ADHD appears 'genetic', when in reality it may have been the same mother digesting the same Tyl. pills with each occurance.)

Yup. But worth stressing the last paragraph as well,

"It certainly wouldn’t stop me from treating a fever,” he said, noting that unchecked fevers have been associated with a number of poor health outcomes in babies, including lowered IQs."

The intensity and longevity of the fever would be factors, as well....
(i.e. if over 103 and for 2+ days, for example, vs. 100 for 10 hours)

Isn't the occurrence of a flu during pregnancy already a known risk factor? So maybe this just has to do with who got sick and who didn't...

+1. It's a pretty big leap in the logical chain. They've shown pretty strong correlation but considering there's usually a cause to taking medicine, you'd think the'd be examining those causes too.

Besides, don't little babies get fever and are usually immediately treated with tylenol? We haven't heard that that causes ADD, so why would the mother taking it be any worse?

Are you serious?
You're comparing the effects of medicine during a creationary process to its effects on a created being?

Regardless unless it's a sustained high fever and the baby is very bothered it's also better not to treat it.

1) Yes. If the medicine is very damaging in the third trimester even when filtered through the mom, it cant be fine for the baby a week or two later.
2)fever for newborns can be life threatening. It should be treated immediately.  YDMV.
