Giving back the entire old city still isn't going to stop the violence. It would just embolden them.

Yup. The was time when there was not one Jew in the entire Old City, West Bank, East Jerusalem or Gaza, the Arabs were VERY peaceful back then, there was no talk about a war to push the Jews into the Mediterranean...

I have been making a very clear rational and logical argument, and the response has been. "It's all or nothing".
