I'm familiar with a marriage where both sides think it is a mixed marriage, but really neither is frum.

Basically, each one thinks they are not frum but the other is, and are afraid to discuss it.  But they both told me.  I figure better not to tell each about the spouse, since this way they're still keeping a kosher home and raising their kids frum.

so like their both mechalel shaboss behind each others back? and eat treif when the other is not looking? such a weird marriage. wonder how long it could last

Different family. I know that one also.  I figure at least they all keep kosher at home and are only mechalel shabbos b'farhesia but not at home.

that's not true.
If they are mechalel shabbos befarheseia they lose their nemanus. (or avoda zara). as per the definition of mechalel shabbos befarhesia put forth by the MB and other achronim, almost all people who live in a frum community and are married to frum people don't qualify. (I know of one exception). Then there is inherent nemanus, unless of course you think they are lying. which obviously the frum spouse doesn't here.
