I only go for the extremes, it's either proper city living, or a proper farm! In any event, let's revisit in about two decades when the other condition has been fulfilled.

Re the 17 page teshuva, I wish they would present the breakdown of the differing opinions re yoatzot....
To me it felt like the tone of the OU is way more feministic than the teshuva allowed for.

(btw, I find the whole "halachic methodology disclosure" section at the beginning hilarious and sad. But I guess that's what the college educated community expect and respect... Long discussion.)

The "Yoatzot" as described in the paper is a position brought already in the Pischei Tshuva from the Chasam Sofer very non-chalantly as having existed discussing a woman who brought a mareh to the woman who was appointed for this for a ruling.

The implication being that some disagreed with this particular disqualification.

I guess I'm curious in general about how the 7 individuals contributed. I assume one of them must have ultimately been the final writer/compiler.
