They already have a young workforce. That isn't the only ingredient needed for an economy to thrive. Without proper law and order, only a select few criminals (can you say that when there's no law?) will thrive. But my guess is that even those select few would have a hard time, if all they didn't have young people to take advantage of. How many people 50 and older would take that journey?
