Not necessarily. It depends where you live and what you do.
And that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to avoid what we can/want to.

Once again it depends. I go on vacation every summer and I still manage to avoid most.

It is definitely something taken into consideration. It is impossible to avoid it totally anywhere including a simple trip to Walmart. At the end of the day self-control is always needed.

Any airport in NY. You can't walk through there in summer without it being everywhere. I am not picking on NY as it is the same at every major airport.
I am not judging anyone or trying to play gothca. IMHO it as an impossibility to avoid.
