I don't know about this article, but another article said that the prisons are assigned by the BOP and they don't really know how many of them may have ended up in these prisons.

Regardless, just adding more people to the system is sure to affect the companies if only indirectly. Prisoners who may have been sent to another prison might be sent to this prison now...
