Though IINM (maybe @aygart can chime in) according to many Halachic authorities you are actually required to understand that document.

Interestingly, I would think it's simpler to comply with that on a mortgage, than with a more flexible loan, as the payments are fixed and predetermined.

Back to your original question, I wonder if any of the CC farms have a Halachic OK for their operations. If there's a three way transaction with 2 Jews involved, that might also be a problem.

What about selling points/miles among Jews? Is that a form of interest?
How about charging late fees for say a rent payment?
